No Mortgage Offer, No Fee!
Although your initial consultation is free, there may be a fee for the service and the standard fee is £499. I believe that you should only pay a fee once the job is done. That's why you won't be charged a penny until you receive your mortgage offer. This means that we will do your initial consultation, arrange a decision in principle, help you negotiate your purchase with the estate agent, submit your mortgage application, help you arrange a solicitor, help you find suitable insurance solutions and provide regular updates on your mortgage application without charging you anything. You will only be charged the broker fee when you receive your mortgage offer.
