Information Service
The information service is tailored to your needs.
If you don't know the first thing about mortgages, insurance or the house buying process, I will explain everything, step by step.
If you already have an understanding of how things work but feel like your circumstances are more complex, I will focus on your particular situation to find the right solution for you.
Alternatively, if you feel like you have a quick question that you couldn't find the answer to on the FAQs, I'd be happy to answer it for you!
Comparison Service
The free comparison service gives you the opportunity to compare a mortgage or insurance deal which you have already found, with what I can find for you.
If you have found a mortgage deal with your local bank, online or with a mortgage advisor, I would be happy to see if I can find you a cheaper deal by searching the wide range of mortgage lenders I have access to.
If you have been given a quote for insurance, why not do a comparison? I'll compare what you've already found with what I can find through my wide range of providers.

No Mortgage Offer, No Fee!
Although your initial consultation is free, there may be a fee for the service and the standard fee is £499. I believe that you should only pay a fee once the job is done. That's why you won't be charged a penny until you receive your mortgage offer. This means that we will do your initial consultation, arrange a decision in principle, help you negotiate your purchase with the estate agent, submit your mortgage application, help you arrange a solicitor, help you find suitable insurance solutions and provide regular updates on your mortgage application without charging you anything. You will only be charged a broker fee when you receive your mortgage offer!
Free Insurance Advice
Finding the right insurance can be difficult. There is so much to consider when deciding what type and what level of insurance suits your needs. Why not speak to an expert for free?
During your free consultation I will explain the different insurance options available to you and help you find the right cover, as well as comparing products and prices from a wide range of providers. When we have found a suitable solution, I will guide you through the application process.
There will be no fee for insurance advice!
